For all those who do not have tome tactics this is the place for you.

What is a tome tactic? A tome tactic fills the last tactic slot and usually provides a minor defensive or offensive bonus.

Where to get a tome tactic Tome tactics are bought from the librarian on the first floor of the Library, to the left of the Marketplace in Altdorf. Tactics need to be unlocked before bought and as there isn't much documentation in game about tome tactics, most people don't have a tome tactic.

This useful resource online provides detailed descriptions on each tactic and where to unlock them.

-As a side note, the numbers "44k, 23k" denote the location on the map "44,000 , 23,000"

This is a great tactic for those running Warpblade Tunnels:

Queek Tome Tactics

Queek Reek - Increases your chances to defend against attacks made by enemy Skaven monsters by 5%. Queek Strike - Increases your chances to defend against attacks made by enemy Skaven monsters by 5%, and increases your chance to critically hit them by 0%. Queek Know How - Increases your chances to defend against attacks made by enemy Skaven monsters by 5%, and increases your chance to critically hit them by 0%. You will gain 0% more experience from these enemies.

Unlocking Queek Tome Tactics - Every 3 unlocks 1 tactic

1. Climb to the top of the Horned Tower in Talabecland 30k,16k, and touch the banner.

• Fly to High Pass and travel south along the path until you hit the Horned Tower. Run to the top (a few lv23 mobs) and the banner is around the corner :-)

2. Kill Master Moulder Vitchek - Level 19 Hero - Located in Altdorf, 24k, 25k. Kill the regular level 15 Skavens first then he will spawn.

• Around those coordinates there is a lady standing upon a set of stairs outside her apartment, go inside and kill the 3 Skavens. This will spawn the Hero outside.

3. Kill 1000 Rat Ogres

• Note: The first 2 parts of unlocks are recommended for 2-3 people levels 21+ (depending on classes)

• Note: For part 2, although you may be in a party only the person to get the last touch on the Hero will get the unlock. The Skavens respawn every 30-60 minutes and you will need to repeat the Hero for every party member who wants the unlock (and therefore the tactic)
